Isobel Whelan-Little invites chefs from around Australia to join her in the kitchen at Kiln, for Mondays with Mates, a series of one-off dinners built around collaboration, conversation and sharing around the table.
Paul Farag (formerly Aalia and Esca Group) wraps up the series on Monday September 14. Guests will enjoy a shared four course menu by both Paul and Isobel, with the hero of the night a large-format dish for the table that brings in each chef’s diverse influences.
Each night costs $110 per person, including four courses and a welcome cocktail.
